Right of Withdrawal

According to § 312g II 9 BGB, I am not obligated to grant a right of withdrawal for time-scheduled leisure events. Nevertheless, I offer my customers a voluntary right of withdrawal. Below you will find the withdrawal instructions:

  • Cancellation of booked events requires a written withdrawal declaration by email.
  • The cancellation of booked classes is free of charge up to 6 hours before the start of the respective class. In this case, you will receive a credit for a future class of the same duration. If you cancel less than 6 hours before the start of the class, no refund or credit will be issued.
  • If withdrawal from workshops occurs less than 8 weeks before the event start, the complete event fees must be paid. In individual cases, there may be the possibility for you to name a suitable substitute person for event participation and thus make a contract change instead of withdrawal. Please contact me directly for this.
  • If withdrawal from workshops occurs more than 8 weeks in advance, the complete amount minus a processing fee of 10 percent of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Up to 8 months before the start of a retreat or yoga training, you will receive the complete course costs back minus a processing fee of 10 percent of the total price. Between 6 to 8 months before the start, you will receive 50 percent of the total price back. For cancellation less than 6 months before, no refund is possible.

For purchased vouchers or card models, a right of withdrawal applies within 14 days from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the voucher or card has already been used.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase based on the stated withdrawal instructions, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which notification of your withdrawal was received by us.

For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
