omnio – a space where you inhabit your body and explore yourself.

omnio stands for a yoga practice that goes beyond pure movement. We combine elements from Yin and Vinyasa Yoga with Embodiment and Somatics to guide you back to your inner awareness – towards more presence, softness and vibrant strength.

At omnio, it's about really feeling yourself: your breath, your impulses, your boundaries and possibilities. Each class invites you to dive deeper into your body, use it as a source of wisdom and experience movement as an expression of your own truth.

Central is our community – a mindful, supportive circle where connection, authenticity and being together are at the center.

Our online platform makes omnio accessible everywhere: flexible booking, live classes and a growing digital practice that accompanies you on your journey.

We also welcome you anytime to our omnio studio on-site in Lindenberg im Allgäu.

About Julie Marie

Julie is a 500+ Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher with many years of experience working with body, breath and inner awareness. Her background in breath and voice therapy significantly shapes her yoga practice: mindful, sensitive, anatomically sound and deeply human-centered.

In her teaching, Julie combines precise bodywork with somatic awareness and invites you to discover your own rhythm and immerse yourself in a practice that nourishes and sometimes challenges.

What guides her is a genuine heart for the people she accompanies. For Julie, yoga is a way to reconnect with yourself – with your body, breath and your own vitality. With warmth, clarity and presence, she creates spaces where one can feel safe, let go and grow.

With omnio, a long-cherished dream has come true for Julie: her own space where she can share her way of yoga and accompany people on their journey. Running and teaching this studio means living her heart project every day.
